We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our SmarterMail servers.

The scope of works will include:

- OS updates
- Security patching
- Upgrading to the latest version of SM

There will be intermittent service during the maintenance window which will mean a slowdown of mail flow and connectivity to the SM services.

All users who have configured the SM secondary MX will have mail caught and redelivered once the maintenance window has completed.

Users who have not configured the secondary MX may experience delays in mail redelivery based on the sending server resend interval.

All servers will require multiple reboots as part of the update/ upgrade process.
