Please be advised that we will be performing emergency maintenance on the VelocityMail service.
The maintenance process will require taking the service temporally offline for a short period of time to perform updates and patching.
work will commence at 11:00 pm on the 5th March 2026, we have slotted a 1 hour maintenance window for the process to be completed.
There will be no access to the below services during the planned outage window.
All emails will be queued up on our secondary MX platform and redelivered once the service is restored.
no other services are effected.
