Dear Clients

Please be advised our primary data centre provider Micron21 has requested an outage window to perform power upgrades to one of our racks.

Summery:

The upgrade process will require evacuating the rack and moving our equipment into a new rack to utiize upgraded power feeds.

work will commence at 22:00 pm on the 16th June 2023, we have slotted a 4 hour outage window for the process to be completed.

There will be no access to the below services during the planned outage window.

Affected services:

- cPanel shared hosting servers

cpanel-vh3

cpanel-vh4

cpanel-vh5

- Remote Desktop Service clients.

no other services are effected.
