Dear Clients
We will be performing upgrades to our SmarterMail services on Monday 7th September 2020 between 21:00 - 22:00 (9pm-10pm).
- The process will include OS updates - SmarterMail version updates to the latest stable release - Security patching
During the maintenance window all clients using smart2 MX as secondary delivery point will have their emails collected and delivered back to primary on completion of works.
The primary services will intermittently be off line during this process as multiple host reboots will be required.
We do not anticipate any issues with the process and as usual will have our team on standby to deal with any potential outcomes and restore services as quickly as possible in the event unexpected issues arise.
On Tuesday our DC team will be available for any users experiencing connectivity issues or simply require assistance or have quesitons.
